If you do so, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, description details of the service(s) you have paid for. Additionally, your IP address and PayPal's confirmation number for the transaction will be collected. We will never have details regarding your method of payment; those will be retained by our collections partner, PayPal, Inc. We will use the data gathered to process the order and contact you regarding that order. We may use the information in the future to contact you regarding changes to our services or to this privacy policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Our organization's officers and board members voluntarily give their information to be used on the website and may have that information modified or deleted at any time by contacting LASOPmd@gmail.com.
